For neuropathy in your toes and distal feet, you should place our device on the plantar (sole) side of your feet (see diagram below). This technique stimulates nerves in the affected area, improves blood flow, and can help reduce pain and potentially numbness. You can also try placing it on the ankle areas detailed in the screenshot below.
Device placement and technique
Seated position: Sit in a comfortable chair with a footstool or rest your feet on the vibration device itself. This is often recommended for localized treatment.
Standing position: You can put the devices directly on the top of the middle of your feet. You can even try placing the devices on the bottom of your feet if you’re gently walking.
Control vibration intensity: Start with a low frequency and intensity and gradually increase it as you get comfortable. We recommend starting with our Rehab -> Sensory Feedback & Tissue Health settings. The Indirect option is designed to be used on places where you’re dealing with poor sensory function and the Direct option is designed to be used on areas where there may be affected nerves. You should feel a gentle tingling, not an uncomfortable or painful sensation.
