Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pulse. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to initiate a return, please note that all returns are subject to the terms outlined below.
 

Standard Returns

Should you need to return an item purchased online at www.pulsedevice.com for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Pulse does not pay for return shipping since we cover the cost of delivery. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Pulse is unable to offer returns for products purchased from third party sellers.

 

  • Purchases of Pulse products from another retailer must be returned to the retailer in accordance with its return and refund policies.
  • Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked final sale are not eligible for returns. Certain products may not be eligible for returns as noted on their product pages.
  • Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.
  • If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts. Up to 5 adhesives missing for bundle returns is okay and will not result in penalty.
  • Products which are damaged or defective may be returned to Pulse pursuant to Pulse’s Limited Warranty.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Pulse’s discretion. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Pulse may amend these terms at any time.

To initiate your return, please email us at pulse@pulsedevice.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return along with details on how you've been utilizing the product. If there’s no reason provided, Pulse has the right to request additional details prior to your return so that our Customer Service team can provide you with recommendations as to how to use our product more effectively for your specific case.

 

The returns process after initiation:

Once your request has been authorized, our dedicated Customer Service team will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address and any other notable details. Please note the following:

 

  • Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories and packaging, and bring to any UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. All returns must include the name of the individual that was on the original order somewhere on or within the return packaging (ie. on a post-it note, on the label itself, on a piece of paper, etc.). We recommend insuring return packages and holding onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
  • Returns must be received by Pulse within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product otherwise they will be denied. Only returns authorized via email will be processed.
  • Once the return is marked as delivered, please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified) or in accordance with local laws. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.
