We’ve been incorporating the pulse device into our toddlers physical therapy on occasion along side her e-stim device. Our little girl has cerebral palsy after a TBI and it’s helping bring some awareness to some of her muscles without overwhelming her. Our DPT is actually thinking of getting a set or recommending it to some of her clients . The only issue we have are the stickers don’t work very well and loose their stickiness after one use.
Having MS & suffering quite a lot, I heard about Pulse Device on a Podcast & had to try them.
I have only had them a few weeks, experimented with different placements & have been pleasantly surprised each time. Yesterday I used the General Wellness & felt incredibly relaxed - today was the area for foot drop. I used it for the recommended ½ hr & did notice a very small difference with movement of my toes. Now I'm used to the areas I need to apply for 'help', I will now concentrate on these placements.
I throughly recommend them & look forward to my journey with them.

Seems to really help activate the muscles ,feel a stronger pump , on top of that really great customer support! Tried using tight shirt for a chest workout without using silicone adhesive, seems like you have to adjust each set due vibration and device moving , which isn't a big problem, but clearly would be nice if device could stay in one place. Waiting for the developing shirt with the pockets, overall, great device for muscle activation for sure and nerve stimulation! Here's a quick pic after a chest day using a device.
I have multiple sclerosis and one of my most disabling and painful symptoms is spasticity in my right lower leg. I have had great success with using the pulse device to slow and/or stop the spasticity within minutes. Without the pulse device, the spasticity can last 30 - 60 minutes. Very helpful.
This device has changed my life. My life was characterized by debilitating pain over the last 15 years until I found pulse. It provides me lasting relief in areas where I couldn’t find anything that worked without hurting me because I’m sensitive. It’s gentle, comfortable, and so easy for me to use when I’m alone. I’m hoping it will help me walk with more confidence as it helps minimize spasticity. But it’s too soon to tell. I have also attached them to my trapezius muscles when they get tight. That seems to help relieve pain.
While on my leg, however, one popped out of the round rubber housing in the Velcro band and buzzed its way under my couch! I have only used the adhesive pads since then.
Retraining the muscle that I had surgically transferred to be used for dorsiflexion 7 months ago.
Original injury to my dorsiflexion muscles took place during my hip replacement surgery 3 years ago.
The Pulse device has sped up the recovery of my muscle strength.

This is an incredible product that really truly works, allowing the mind-body connectivity with all your muscles whether it’s training or recovery it was easy to pair up with the app and very easy to navigate. Also, Ethan provided exceptional Customer Service over the phone and via email. He was very informative, transparent, friendly, and professional thank you both device company, and your staff.
I liked that i could put it in "out of the way place"! it was secure by an arm band and my elastic stretch bands occasionally. it wasn't always hidden and i had a lot of questions from others that i was happy to answer and encouraged them to try.
As a manual wheelchair user, my shoulders and back take a lot of daily wear and tear. The Pulse device has honestly been a great addition to my routine. After about 15–20 minutes of use, I notice less muscle tension and soreness, especially in my shoulders and upper back. I’ve tried different ways to manage the discomfort, and this is something I keep coming back to because it actually helps me feel better.
I really like the device! I had to send back one of the two pulsers back and they went above and beyond to correct the problem. Very impressed with the device and customer service! Bravo! I would recommend to anyone considering purchasing.
The device is great. Very helpful for nerve pain as I am an MS patient. I am learning the best way to use pulse. feel it is most effective while using the bands. The adhesive is great but the vibration isn’t as deep like when you use the bands.

I have rated this with 3 stars because I just don't know if it works. I have MS with spinal lesions that have damaged the nerves that provide the signals to move my legs. I thought this device was worth a try, but I haven't seen the benefit yet. I am moving the placement of the pulse device to see if there is any response, but it is still a work in progress.
I’m using the devices to restore mobility and strength in my hands. I had an issue with one of the units and the issue was resolved quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service.
The charging cord and brick work extremely well in allowing you to charge two devices and the same time. I had a little trouble matching up the devices which micro usb connectors, but It is getting better! The good news is that replicants are at a very reasonable price!
I have MS and walking has become difficult because my left side does not respond. I use the Pulse devices on my upper and lower leg to simulate my neural pathways. It helps a bit, not as much as I would like but it definitely helps. I would purchase these again.

I am amazed by the customer service of this company. We wanted to purchase this for our dad who is going back home on Monday and there was no way I could get it shipped within 2 days. So I reached out to the customer service to see if they could expedite the process. To my surprise they responded with an hour and arranged to ship it out immediately.
My dad has Parkinson’s and I hope this will help him, as I have read about promising results.
