Pulse Device Demo Terms

Thank you for your interest in evaluating Pulse Device 2.0! Our goal is to make it easy for qualified clinicians and healthcare organizations to experience Pulse in their clinical settings.

1. Complimentary Evaluation

Approved applicants may receive a Pulse Device 2.0 for a complimentary 14-day evaluation, unless a different evaluation period is agreed upon in writing.

2. No Purchase Obligation

There is no obligation to purchase the device following the evaluation. Participation does not require providing credit card information.

3. Device Ownership

The demonstration device remains the property of Pulse Devices LLC unless purchased through a separate transaction.

4. Returning the Device

Participants agree to return the demonstration device by the return deadline communicated by Pulse Devices LLC. Pulse will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

Pulse Devices LLC will cover standard outbound shipping and prepaid return shipping within the United States.

6. Device Care

Participants agree to take reasonable care of the demonstration device and notify Pulse Devices LLC promptly if it is lost or damaged.

7. Demo Approval and Availability

Submitting a demo request does not guarantee approval. All demonstrations are subject to eligibility, availability, and approval by Pulse Devices LLC.

8. Agreement

By selecting the required Demo Agreement checkbox and submitting the Request a Demo form, applicants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms, subject to approval of their demo request.
